The young duo Debapriya, a vocalist and Samanvaya, a sitarist

have conquered the audience with their Jugalbandi (Duet), a confluence of two souls, two minds, two thoughts and expressions. The audience is enthralled as they improvise any common composition based on an Indian Raga, complementing each other's style and presentation. Debapriya and Samanwaya are accomplished in rendering diffrent of of Indian Classical Music like pure classical, tappa, tap-khyal, thumri, dadra, chaiti, holi, kajri, jhula, under able guidance of their Gurumaa (Mentor) Dr.Girija Devi.  They have performed solos and duet at several national and International Music Festivals across India, Isle of Man, USA, France,Spain, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Australia, Canada , UK etc.They gathered several prestigious awards and prizes .

Samanwaya has learnt with Pt. Manilal Nag, Pt. Shymal Chatterjee, Pt. Sashanka Bandopadhyay and pt. Kumar Prasad Mukherjee previously.
Debapriya has learnt with his mother Anita Adhikary, then with Pt. Samaresh Chawdhury, Pt. Kumar Prasad Mukherjee and Pt. Vijay Kichlu.
